One of the greatest, most iconic riders could not escape my drawing pen! Fan from his GSXR days till his last racing day. Talk about a tough nail. Hardcore to the (broken) bone. He might not have the longest record of wins, but my god did he throw one hell of a stick in the GP hen house! And when you see him and Wayne together these days, it just warms my heart. A friend of mine at Suzuki's told me one evening in Assen they were wrapping up the day and taking the tents down and all. This guy comes along on a scooter and gets off his bike. Says hello and starts helping out with their work. It was Kevin Schwantz. Gold. They say to not meet your idols, but in his case I hear nothing but kindness.

I even have a Suzuki cap with his signature on it, still happy like a little kid every time I look at it.
